John Harrison joined Harbert Management Corporation (“HMC”), an investment fund, in February 2000, where he currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of the HMC Credit Solutions Team and oversees the daily functions of HMC’s mezzanine investment activities.

Mr. Harrison is a member of the Investment Committee of the Harbert European Growth Fund and is a director of HMC.

Prior to joining HMC, he served as Vice President of Sirrom Capital Corporation, a business development company, when it was acquired by Finova Group Inc., a private equity firm.
